Meet the Owner
Andrea Rispoli has been in the hair industry for over 35 years. Hair has always been her passion, even at a young age. She has worked and trained with top hairstylists all over the country—such as Paul Mitchell, Peter Coppola, Rusk and many more—where she learned most of her designer haircutting techniques. In 2002 Andrea became a salon owner and continued to advance in her career and education. She earned Master Stylist status in color, highlights, cutting, body waves, waxing and keratin treatments.
In 2018 Andrea was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, and with treatment her recovery a success. At the time she owned a conventional hair salon in Hamden. But after her diagnosis she realized that being exposed to the toxic chemicals in her work environment had attributed to the brain aneurysm. This is when Andrea knew she needed to make a change! She began to research the benefits of living an organic lifestyle as well as educating herself on different lines of organic hair products.
In the fall of 2019, Andrea was thrilled to stumble upon an ad that Everlastings Organic Hair Salon was up for sale. She met with then owner Arlene Bouley, and she instantly knew this salon was meant for her. Andrea took over in December of 2019, and she’s never been happier. She loves working in a toxin-free, clean air environment, and she’s proud to keep Everlastings’ legacy alive.
Danielle Pagan
Danielle has been in the hair industry for 20 years she specializes in Color, Foil highlights, Balayage and different hair color techniques. After working as a conventional hairdresser for years I developed asthma and other allergic reactions to all the chemicals. I decided to take my career on the organic path and become a holistic hair stylist. I welcome clients looking to make the change to a healthier lifestyle in a chemical free environment.
